Will the data I entered during my trial remain in my account when I subscribe?

Yes.  When you activate your account all of your data will carry over into your new subscription plan. including all of your settings and users.

Do you provide training?

Yes, we provide free training online.  Please contact sales@lollylaw.com for more information.

Why pro-rate your subscription charges?

It seemed the most fair way to do it.  Lolly is meant to be accessible to people any time they want to jump on board – beginning, middle or end of a month.  This goes for inviting new users too.  The system will pro-rate the charge based on the remaining time of the month.

Are there data storage limits and costs?

Lolly Law does not have hidden costs for adding new contacts or opening cases. The system uses your Google Drive to store the files and documents you create. This gives you more control over where and how your documentation is stored. If you decide your firm needs more space, you can purchase what you need from Google at any time.

Can I import data?

Yes, we provide a free automated tool for importing basic data and also have technicians available if a facilitated service is needed.

Are there other payment options?

We handle all major credit cards right now.  We will be looking into other payment options in the future.

What if I need support?

There are several options when it comes to support. We have many ‘How To’ support articles online, as well as a support library built directly into the software. You can also email us at support@lollylaw.com. Annual licensing includes additional support options as well.

What browsers work best?

Google Chrome

We do not provide support for other browsers, though if they are up-to-date and adhere to open standards, then it may work fine.

Can I access Lolly from a mobile device?

There is not a native app at this time. Tablets with a decent screen size and Chrome can access Lolly from the URL.

How do I change my password?

You will need to follow Google’s instructions for updating the password to your Google account.

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it through Google Account Recovery
